Need new LA dedicated server

Hi,

I am looking for a new unmanaged dedicated server with the following specs.

Location: LA
CPU : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1270 v6 or better
RAM : 64 GB
Storage : 2x1 SSD (512GB or 256GB) RAID 1 (Software or H/W RAID)
Network: 1Gbps port (50+ TB bandwidth) with a good price for additional IPs ($1 or lower). I need 5 additional IPs.
Asia optimized bandwidth is a big plus(SEA)
Price: ~$160

The network is very important as my application does streaming and I would need low latency to asia. I am considering moving away from Psychz due to network issues. If the provider has a server in LON that's also a big plus for future migration.
