Can't seem to find a vps provider located within Equinix Dallas Datacenters but I would check out Dedipath @Ernie which uses a Dallas DC next door to Equinix.
Also, Check out EasyVM @aqua
It looks like they are also connected to Equinix too.
Quick Google shows a few VPS hosts advertising Dallas Infomart/Equinix. Not sure the accuracy however as I have nothing at that DC.

We are unfortunately not in Equinix, but rather Carrier-1/Evocative DAL4 which is down the road. We directly peer with Equinix Dallas and our upstream has a port with them.
