Need recommendation for VPS or Hosting

Hi there!
This is my first post on LET.
Basically I need vps or Hosting that have high bandwidth (probably 3-5 TB and buy extra if needed) and User can download files from server with high downloading speed, Big Storage is not mandatory.
Please would you suggest me a good for same in cheap or affordable as possible.

VPSes are not greatest value when you need hot storage, because you are also paying for computional power that you wont use based on your post.
