Need EU(Germany / Finland) dedicated server, is there good provider

Like netdynamic24, we're looking for good providers(lower than netdynamic) with good communication.

we have clients so we need several type of servers(1gbps unmetered, it's ok shared)
but price per type must be low price(no setup fee)

can u recommend good providers in lowendtalk?

1. low price dedicated server(reasonable than netdynamics )
2. finland / germany database
3. 1gbps unmetered (shared OK)
4. live chat or good communiation
