What is the network

We utilize Path.net & Hivelocity for our blend and have a port on DE-CIX Dallas with tons of other services such as Cloudflare, Google, Amazon, etc.

Disk Setup?

RAID-10 NVMe SSDs, plenty of spares on site if one does fail.

10 Gbit Availability

10 Gbit is currently not available. The nodes do have a 10 Gbit link, but we are not offering it for VPS at the moment.

What happens when I reach my bandwidth cap

You will be limited to 100 mb/s until it resets next month.

When will more locations be available

We are currently starting in Dallas, as it is our hub. Once we find the perfect setup, we will start sending nodes to NY & SG. We want our nodes to be perfect, and not have to be touched at all so customers do not have to worry about issues in the long run.

Are BGP Sessions & IP Announcements Available?

Currently no to both. We are working on getting both available for free, but they will most likely start off having a one-time fee of ~$25, and only on yearly and up plans.

What backup plans are included?

Currently, we have weekly local backups (Mon & Fri), and off-site once every 2 weeks (NYC).

What is your refund policy?

We currently accept refunds for up to 7 days (if regular usage is seen, if you use all bandwidth within 7 days etc, we will not honor it.)

Where is the 1GB Plan

Due to the uprise in abuse & mass fraud orders, we've decided to set the minimum amount of RAM to 2GB. There are no expectations!! if you have one, great! Keep it.

Is Tor Allowed?

Exit Nodes are strictly prohibited. LEGAL Torrents and relays are allowed. You must follow the laws of the US & state of Texas. If you are planning on using our services for that, toss us a ticket so we can handle abuse reports (if any) received properly.
