    @OVH_APAC could you do 2x bandwidth on SYS-GAME-APAC-1-1 ?
    it was mentioned 250mbit/s i only got 250mbit/s outgoing and 100mbit/s incoming
    would be nice if you can make both of them 500mbit/s :)

    They're very strict about the automated plan offerings. Nothing can be customized for SYS.

    its probably just a few clicks 100mbit incoming is too low for my taste, it wasnt even mentioned anywhere before i got the server

    its probably just a few clicks 100mbit incoming is too low for my taste, it wasnt even mentioned anywhere before i got the server

    Just open a support ticket through their panel.

    The incoming bandwidth should be at least the same than the incoming, so definitely an issue here. You should have at least 250Mbps in and out your SYS-GAME-APAC-1-1.

    After checking your server, the incoming speed of this server is already at 1Gbps. (and your outgoing public bandwidth is throttled at 250Mbps as advertised). (we will fix the display issue in your control panel to reflect the right info). I encourage you to do some test. Hope this helps.

    Their service is the worst I have ever encountered. The customer service is arrogant and rude, and they like to ban accounts casually. It is really incomprehensible that such a company still has customers. Compared with HETZNER's services and products, the difference is too much.

    Hetzner is more strict in banning accounts. On the other hand, hetzner is very convenient in terms of tax rates. Different countries provide different tax rates, while ovh is trying to find ways to not give you tax exemptions, not because you cannot confirm your identity, but because you want to get more profit.

    Uh-oh.

    My account was suspended three days after Black Friday.

    I have not received a refund to date.

    Feedback at trustpilot didn't work and I am still in the process of filing a complaint at mediation-telecom.org and am ready to take legal action. o:)

    Like contacting OVH's English support on twitter (which doesn't give any real help, it's like a chat bot).

    or let the OVH colleagues at trustpilot handle it (hmmm...? They do bring up an internal ticket for you, but they are just customer service and can't do anything about it).

    Or file a complaint at https://signal.conso.gouv.fr/ (declined to respond).

    OVH treats consumers like a divorced ex-husband……

    especially when it comes to taking your money (about 100 euros) , like a b$tch. (OVH, which means, in French, we entertain you)
