I'm asking because .to is popular for them not giving a fuck about complaints.
I wanted to recommend a provider that would allow OP to utilize it fully but yeah, whatever.

  • @treesmokah recommend please.

    Directly at http://tonic.to.

Don't forget that Tonic does give a fuck about spam and malware.

https://bpw.sc/ (nsfw, tits and ass) - proven
    https://nicevps.net/products/cat/domains - proven
    https://4domains.su/
    https://nicenic.net/ - proven
    https://black.host/ - kinda proven
https://privatealps.net/ (you have to contact them) - proven
https://www.shinjiru.com/ (you have to contact them) - proven

all of them should allow you to utilize .to resilience to complaints and other bullshit.

if u just want a .to domain and don't care about resiliency, go with the cheapest option there is.

Yeah they're actually more than going through register.to.
As for any one selling the extension for cheaper than the official registrar, let me know who. After dropping $73 on another 2yr renewal, it would be nice if someone was offering it at a better price.

    Edit
Actually you can pick up a 100yr domain from tonic for $200 less. Everything else just costs more. 🙃

are u able to move it somewhere else afterwards and it will still "show" 100yr left on expiration date?

Where do you want to move it? Tonic is the maintainer of the .to top-level domain. You can't get more "official" than that.

They may react differently to abuse reports going straight to them as a registar not like a tld(about which they apparently dont care).
