Need Colocation & Hardware in Germany

Hey, I wanna host a AMD EPYC server at Germany. Can someone recommend me some of the best and cheapest colocation providers in Germany?
Basically, I want to host the server for virtualization. AMD EPYC with 256 GB RAM and 4 TB NVMe.
Also, what do you think about serverfactory.com ? Are they trusted and their hardware are good? I am gonna order hardware and the hardware will be delivered at the datacenter, the colocation provider will have to do initial cabling and setup so i want a good friendly provider. I will announce my own ASN. I need good latency from India.
I am beginner and don't have much information, so anything if you can suggest me regarding colocation provider and ordering hardware.

Are you really looking for Colocation? Or just want to rent dedicated server?
Because you mentioned serverfactory and their hardware and also said you will send your hardware!!
Anyway, if you order/buy your own hardware then first get a colocation deal
Then find a supplier in that country (in this case its germany)
maincubes is a good DC in Germany so you can contain them for Colocation
Note: for single unit Colocation you may not get best deals but still you can ask them.
And the server configuration you mentioned will cost you around 4/5 lakh Indian Rupees (if it's new)
I need a single unit colocation in germany. I will buy hardware from serverfactory (serverfactory sells server hardware) and will say them to deliver this hardware to the data center from where i bought colocation and the colocation provider will do initial cabling and racking.
For this purpose, I need a good friendly colocation provider which provides quite cheaper price and good services.
Better check the lead time on that Epyc with Serverfactory before you commit to Colo.
