I'm not into gaming but expertvm has a Ryzen 5800X in Singapore at less than $100 - though currently it's out of stock, maybe you should contact them.
Personally, I am running Project Zomboid game server in Singapore.
For game server, we tend to seek for high single core performance, rams and low steal time (or dedicated cores). Many providers are using old machines that have low single core performance and often than not, overselling it thus have really high ST. Heck, some even shameless enough to price it as much as managed game server providers.
Based on my past searches, there's only three providers that is value for money, the rest is either expensive or ripping you off. These three providers have the best cost / performance ratio. As these providers have the best pricing, they also sold out really fast and you might need to pre-order with them.
