VPS on ReliableSite NY Hardware
I'm looking to add an offsite node to my SQL server cluster, and ReliableSite NY is pretty close/on NYIIX, so I'd specifically like one with them or any other provider with NYIIX (besides BuyVM, as that's where the current ones are)
Specs/requirements would be something like:
- 1/2/4GB RAM (Currently running all 3 on 1GB)
- 20-40GB SSD storage
- Reasonable bandwidth allowance (1-2TB is probably enough, but it's also just used for replication and access to a small dataset)
- Provider older than preferably a year that I can rely on for a database server, not SUPER critical but I'd like to not have them deadpool after a month.
I saw the $29/m E3, but I don't really need something that crazy...

I don't right now, but I plan on adding that location soon, PM me if you want me to keep you updated since it'll run Ryzen, NVMe just like Miami and Los Angeles (both on RSNET). Too bad you missed my 4GB NYC special that was added yesterday.
I can recommend Webhosting24: https://console.webhosting24.com/cart.php?gid=49 (aff)
Looks like they do indeed offer NY VPS, and the IP range that they're on is provided by ReliableSite - I'll consider it after doing some research, thanks!
I saw your response on a MrRadic thread, so I figured you did but couldn't find anything new for offers/NY... I'll keep an eye out for sure!
Pretty sure Advin servers is rs
most likely psychz.

Radic doesn't do BGP, just announces ranges. You won't find them upstreaming anyone.
You are right.
Found 2 advin ranges with RS.

Vultr's New Jersey location peers with NYIIX, so they could be worth consideration.
EasyVM has a port on the NYIIX
You can view plans here
We've been in business for right around 4 years now
I would look at PureVoltage, they have a direct 100G line to NYIIX

Also check out xTom and AlphaVPS
Do you have any plans to release Storage VPS line?
no, storage VPS are hell, I don't like hell.
Clouvider New York is about to be available on NYIIX, so anyone running on our network in NYC is an option too.
We use DataWagon in NY, not ReliableSite.
It's ok, everyone makes mistakes.
I kid.
HEY🤣
Thanks for the suggestions everyone!
I'm considering all of them, as well as a friend who just happened to pick up one of @MrRadic's E3s the other day (we like to share hardware), so it'll be an interesting choice.
I might also just look out for/grab one of the cheaper servers and run my whole system there (besides the other two db nodes)... with how I plan to make it redundant it might be a better option
