LoL nobody is fool to give you his account with his card verified there , i don't understand why don't you use your own if you are a kid use your dad or mom card if you really want to otherwise grow up earn and get yourself a card and try it.
Why only EC2 you can use microlxc , nanokvm , a free project run by @Neoon for the community.
There are cards for even underage teens, i don't see the point here unless it's for illegal stuff and you don't wanna share your details. Well no one's gonna give you their own accounts that's for sure.
