Looking for a VPS/VDS to the following specs
Hello all,
I'm looking for a self-managed VPS/VDS that meets the following:
Requirements:
Location: Phoenix, Dallas, LA, or nearby
Budget: $35/mo or less (Some flexibility if it's close, or if this price point is unrealistic)
CPU: 10900K-ish or better; 4 vCores
Memory: 8GB
Storage: 200GB
Bandwidth: 250Mbps guaranteed
Transfer: >= 1TB
AUP that allows high utilization (Application is game and database hosting)
Would-be-nice Wishlist:
CPU:10900K-ish or better; 2 dedicated physical cores/4 vCores
Memory: 12GB+
Bandwidth: 1Gbps guaranteed
2+ IPs
Any pointers towards hosts/offers that meet these requirements are appreciated. Thanks.

Is it urgent or no? If you can wait a few days or a week I will have stock in Dallas again as I'm waiting for new hardware. Will be discounted at the time and $25-30/m~ for 8GB RAM plan.

It is not especially urgent - this offer is definitely on my watchlist, then. Thanks. (And now that I look, I had extravm already open on one of my search tabs. Cheers ~)
I think DediPath can help with this. @Ernie
check https://advinservers.com/vps
That seems way too good to be true. Are you sure they aren't vastly overselling/throttling/etc?
we can do offer the following specs
12GB RAM
6 vCores
200GB SSD
1GB/sec Unlimited Transfer
1 IPV4/IPV6
30$/m
I'm sure @Advin can explain it and help you out.
We got i9-11900K, fast RAM & NVMe.

Can do better.
racknerd or cloudcone may be your choice
I just want to say that I appreciate the transparency you have with the hardware you use. Presently HC is one of my top candidates just because I have a clearer idea of what I'm getting.
