Never use default dns servers - they are usually meh quality.
I can recommending changing dns to Gcore free plan which is very generous and keeps close to 100% uptime.

You could try free plan to test cloudns, they offer some PoP in some DC for paid one.
Or use dns.he.net, free 50 zones, but on my usage it little slow.
