Looking for a Dedicated Server | EU | Preferably 10 Gbit/s | Requirements inside

Requirements:

CPU: Something like E-2XXX/i7-7700/E3-12XX will be fine.
RAM: 32 - 64 GB
Disks: 1 SSD + HDD. So combo like 120/240(SSD or NVMe) + 2 x 2 TB HDD will be alright
IP: 1 + 2 Additional ones
Uplink: Preferably 10 Gbit/s @ 50 TB BW, but might discuss less capacity to reduce the price.
Budget: No strict, but also tight. Don't have any numbers in my head, so just want to hear/check deals first.
Location: EU
Delivery: Would be to have it in hands within 24 hours (if possible)

P.S. Please skip Hetzner, OVH, already have those.

These are blades. They only have 2 hotswap bays.
1x ssd + 1x hdd is certainly possible, even 1x nvme + 2x hdd if Max has pcie converters on site(but the setup would probably cost extra).

Using blades don't mean it can only do 2x

The HP Apollo A6000 does 4x 2,5" for example

We do it for long term clients.

For now what i have, i have
10G, Ryzen, Storage, NVME are keywords whats coming this year in our own Location. Not only additional blade systems
