Looking for (as) cheap (as possible) colo in EU, preferably Madrid/Spain

I have a 3U Sun SPARC server with a consumption of approx 800-900W. Two IPs would be needed. Ideally two power supplies, but 1 is good too. Ideally Madrid or Spain, but for a good price anywhere in EU would work. Thanks.
