UGVPS
I'm new here, I have an account with UGVPS paid every 6 months and have had few problems except random downtimes which I accepted because of the price.
Until I paid my bill ahead of the due date 4 days ago. Got three over due notices, and was just locked out 2 hours ago.
I've opened 4 tickets with these guys starting within one hour of the first notice, which was one day AFTER I'd paid. I also contacted the guy on this site. Nothing.
I've heard NOTHING and my sites are down, I'm Locked out and I've pre-paid for six months. Complete bullshit. I see a huge thread on these guys, anyone have a synopsis?

I had no real problems as I said I paid 6 months, got a 6 month bill all automatic pay and then got multiple bills and raised tickets after every one. The money is in their hands. Two tickets today, then a third overdue notice and my server is suspended. Nobody has ever responded to me about this. Pretty crappy.
You still paid after the big red flag posted above?
I was on autopay every 6 months, just found this forum after paying and being suspended. Live and Learn, It's paypal so maybe I'll get my $19 back.
I'm not going to read through that huge thread to try to decipher who did what and ripped off whom, all I know they ripped me off as of right now.
Like I said, I'm new to this forum but I've been hosting sites since around '98 and this is only the second time this has happened to me.
