Password managers generate random passwords.
There's a whole bunch of studies from security experts and huge corporations alike which talk about why in-fact, changing passwords regularly isn't great practice.

Maybe it should be international check your password day. I remember a while back when O365 forced password changes every x days, then reverted it when this was realised.
Use a password manager with a strong password and MFA/2FA and you are mostly good.
It's worth noting that this is specifically when 2FA is enforced.
