We have some very nice storage VPS options over at https://alphavps.com/storage-vps.html . These are full KVM VPS, to which you get full root access. Can be encrypted, etc.
Each TB costs 5EUR and we can certainly scale you to 10TB.
Just use google drive enterprise, and jeg a $1 vps with rclone installed.
Check offers from @servarica_hani while they're still available:
Hi.
Amazon S3,Google Cloud Storage,Microsoft Azure Blob Storage,Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage.
These providers offer scalable and cost-effective storage options, with pricing based on usage. You can compare their features and pricing to determine the best option for your needs.
We have a Storage VPS for this need:

If we can pick the location, where we have heavily under-utilized capacity, we can negotiate a bit with you as well.

https://pulsedmedia.com/value10g-seedbox.php
16TB Seedbox for 44.99€ a month and grows free bonus disk over time. Long term discounts.
Why seedbox you ask? Well why not. Overkill? Yes.
With docker you can setup proxmox backup server too and encrypt there.
Or use GPG piping to encrypt the backup data.
Easy, cost effective, and never worry about having the BW for restoration, or even checking integrity on the server etc.
Kinda surprised no one suggested this. Seedbox is essentially a shell box / limited VPS after all
