Do not commit for long term with Versio. Parent company is Total Webhosting Solutions. They are know for buying hosting companies and raising the prices with huge amounts. Fine for simple domain hosting.

Be aware that Vimexx has been bought by TransIP (parent company team.blue which is a merger of TransIP and Combell) and that they are no longer an independent hosting provider.
