I need GPU instance providers with low monthly and hourly billing for AI based Text Gen, Image Gen Server
I need atleast 24 GB VRAM GPU with more that 4000 CUDA Cores (Geforce gaming cards are also okay)

Not exactly cheap after that first week tho.
A lot of what we offer are systems similar to this (but most go to white-label providers who repackage our systems). A5000 or A6000 would be what we have available to meet those requirements, as all the 3090's are currently leased.
What about the rest of the system specs needed?

@RageshAntony at TensorDock, we run a small marketplace for GPU servers. Deploy 3090s as low as $0.22/hr on hosts from around the world. Billing is pro-rated to the second, and you can always request additional ports to be forwarded.

Hit up @crunchbits - They're great and I believe this is an area that they have a lot of expertise in.
There's a decent amount of creations/deletions in a single day on our marketplace. E.g. earlier today, Singapore, Canada, and United Kingdom had available servers. Generally, weekends are the busiest with people randomly creating servers to test projects on, so Tuesday/Wednesday are the best for availability.
