I decide to let it go as I switched to ServerFactory VDS 2GB that better suits my needs.

Webhosting24 Virtual Private Server policies
Generally Webhosting24 reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis as the transfer of Virtual Private Servers from one account to another has been somewhat abused in the past, was a frequent source of fraud and caused substantial additional costs.
The account the VPS is to be transfered to (“gaining account”) needs to be verified, have a valid firstname, lastname & address and no red flags showing up in our antifraud systems (no history of SPAM, no abuses etc.) and such a VPS transfer to another account (“Push”) is free of charge only once every 12 month period.
According to provider's explanation:
- You cannot transfer this service to another user in next 12 months.
- You are required to pay for 1-year renewal during the service transfer processing.

- PayPal: USD $7.70 (seller pays transaction fee)
- Venmo or Bluebird or CashApp: USD $7.00 (no transaction fee)
- personal check: USD $12.00 (buyer pays postage; seller pays processing fee; subject to approval via Bluebird app)
- WeChat Pay: CNY ¥48.00 (no transaction fee)
- push-ups: not applicable to this offer because you can't buy push-ups with push-ups
If the transfer fails to complete due to reasons outside of seller's control, payment gateway transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
