I'm looking for vps providers that offer IXP access.
I know of ifog and securebit.ch, but is there anything else out there? Preferably less than $25 monthly, with any IXP fees included.

Also, FreeRangeCloud has one but it's currently out of stock, it gives you access to unmetered.exchange.
