Looking for 32MB or 64MB RAM VPS in asia is best.

I want to built a stastic web stie, i think a 32MB or 64MB VPS is good for this. So my requirements:

1. RAM: 32MB or 64MB  
2. vSwap:I am very pleased to have  
3. Uplink: 10Mbps guarantee, 100Mbps share is better
4. Bandwidth: at least 100GB, Unlimited is best
5. Storage: at least 5GB
6. Location: Asia is best, US West is better
7. Cost: There is no more money in my packet. Please give me your lowest price. 
Charge in Quarter is best, semi-annually is better, annually also can be accepted.
