    Good luck No one gonna offer you Unlimited bandwidth in India even if they advertise it there will be FUP for sure.

    You need to increase your budget or checkout advinservers.com @Advin .They have something similar to your need.

    It's pretty easy to find all the specs you want and within your budget in US/EU but definitely not Asia.

    UL bandwidth in India may be hard to get under 10$ but check out advinserver, they have great prices

    Furthermore, CDN will only route your traffic to the nearest datacenter they have, so you will still require a VPS that will accept CDN traffic.

    Moreover, why lie about your "Daily Users"?

    Be realistic about your requirements; how can a provider make you a good offer if they are unsure about your needs? You want a VPS / Server that can handle 30k users and 4TB of bandwidth per day for only $10.

    LET providers can only provide LIMITED bandwidth with a $10 budget. Sure, they can give you a lot of RAM and a powerful CPU for $10. But, with your purpose, they can't offer you UNMETERED BANDWIDTH because you're asking for FREE RESOURCES.

    30k is my daily visitors in which i want such server who can handle 1k users livestream at a time
