Oh it was my mistake. It looks like it did not. They have two places to see bandwidth limit and I only saw one place which shows the original bw. They probably didn't bother to change it in that place.

On the invoice it shows the original bandwidth because that is what you are paying for however a not is made in your account that the bandwidth has been doubled. The doubling shows in the Virtualizor panel since that is where it matters.

Yes that is what gets put on the invoice. All the configurable options get put on the invoice.
