Looking for a US VPS

I am looking for a US location (see below) VPS which I want to be able to pay with Crypto and Credit/Debit Cards.

VZ Type: KVM / VMware
Number of Cores: At least 4
RAM: At least 4 GB
Disk Space: At least 80 GB
Disk Type: NVMe

Bandwidth: At least 4 TB
Port Speed: At least 1 Gbps

DDoS Protection: Not necessary.

Number of IPs: 1

Location: Areas 1-2-3 are strongly preferred from this map.

Budget: Around $10 USD a month.

Billing period: I want to be able to pay monthly/semi-annually/yearly
Billing method: Both cards and cryptos

I will be running forums and blogs that I plan on growing so I might need to upgrade later.

To mitigate involucration risk, you should pick three different providers:

1. Northeastern: @SmartHost in Boston MA.
2. Western Great Lakes: @NDTN in Chicago IL.
3. Central: @LittleCreek in Durham NC.
