Who knows KNServ.de, a hosting company?

Hello, i want to know if someone knows KNServ.de, another german hosting company.

They provide KVM Root servers, Game Servers, Teamspeak and Webhosting for affordable Prices.

Currently running a 10% discount with coupon "HELLOKNSERV" for new users only.

I saw them by a Deal, they give the first 500 new users a .de domain for free with coupon "freedomain"

    I see new announcement showed up with even moar promos (not specifying what kind of CPU or if it's dedicated or not), but they must be very new as https://de.trustpilot.com/review/mykns.net does not look anything like active hoster :D

    Appears to be a one-man/solopreneur business (KNSERV that is) which probably may be related to and/or get customers from some gameserver community. From my experience this happens quite often. Some rather active mods/people in gaming communities eventually fire up their own hosting and cater to their niche. Not necessarily bad. Never heard of them before, though.

    It’s a brand of MyKNS. Many other companies bought hardware there and never got them. See reviews: https://de.trustpilot.com/review/knserv.de

    There is a bunch of good reviews available, but dont know if any are trustable, even if good or bad.

    I ordered a KVM-Winterserver Small , and to be honest its fucking amazing , the network speed its very good , i also contacted them via support ticket to setup the firewall rule for my game server and they was pretty fast. Also they are using Ceph for HA over their Nodes. So if one Node goes down, every server is still online.

    So it’s typically not my intention to say any bad thing about other hosting companies, because I think there are enough potentially customers for all Hosters on this planet, but I know, that the owner, Noah Klemm got several unpaid invoices on a lot of datacenter provider and isp‘s. I personally know 3 companies which have been betrayed for a whole amount of €. So keep that in mind if you would like to be a customer there..

    The servers have been down for a week. I’m customer at @knserv and can't access my websites+email. All pages from Noah Kemm are offline. Do not know myself at all with these topics.
    Can anyone here help me how to get back to my data and mails?

    Mr. Kemm / knserv does not respond to a support ticket, emails do not go through and the phone numbers do not exist/are not reachable.

    I'll say it again - a factor in choosing a service provider IS the name. "KNServ.de"...really? kenserv? kay-en-serv? kins serv? I've never gone wrong with sticking with providers with non-hokey sounding names. So many with weird, odd, unusual, illiterate-looking names have ended up screwing people over. Seriously... skip this one.

    My server it's offline too either the website it's down , i contacted him on discord but no response i now agree with the fact that he is a scammer. Opened a paypal case already if you paid by paypal just open a case too.

    We can only agree with this - in any case, everyone should think about who they book a product with beforehand. And no: we are not one of the providers, we have a functioning risk management :-)
