I would like to know how soon he can return to normal use

Have you had the same problem?

please fix it as soon as possible.

    However, it is not available and the control panel indicates that the node is locked
    The status says rebooting, it has been rebooting for 24 hours...
    I'm surprised that it took so long to reboot for 24 hours?

    24 hours is nothing. One of the nodes in frankfurt has been down for 6 days ;)

    i recall mine in tokyo down for weeks as well B)

    You should ask virmach support, I don't see virmach active on LET forum any more.

    Key to be a happy virmach costumer is to accept these things as normal.

    When it will be 24 days offline, than please report. Hours of downtime at vir is absolutely normal.
