WebHorizon services not activated after 24 hours?

Hi there, I bought a 5x256MB NAT Bundle yesterday. Half a day later I received an email saying that the service will be activated in 3-5 mins. But up until now, it still says "No addons are attached to this service." on the Addons page.
I tried to send a ticket but there were no replies whatsoever.
I believe this isn't just my problem?
