    Hi @Cho_chor_nana -- Our IP replacement policy is clear and transparent, and it can be found at: https://my.racknerd.com/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/18/Can-I-request-IP-replacement.html

    We believe this policy to be quite fair and reasonable - including a free IP change if requested within the first 72 hours. This policy has been unchanged and has been the same for many years and counting. The small $3 one-time fee if requested after 72 hrs is simply to cover admin time, as that is a manual process that needs to be performed by a technician.
