One technique they use is to spoof the sender address so it would look like I sent a mail to myself and in the body they add the usual “I know what porn you watch bla bla bla, pay me xxx amount.. you might be wondering how I sent a mail from your own ID because I have full control of your phone etc etc ”.

Besides this way it keeps you from getting those email says " I hacked you camera and saw what you were doing last night"

Obviously they’re bluffing. One technique they use is to spoof the sender address so it would look like I sent a mail to myself and in the body they add the usual “I know what porn you watch bla bla bla, pay me xxx amount.. you might be wondering how I sent a mail from your own ID because I have full control of your phone etc etc ”.

You are quite good at this stuff, maybe we can work together and make a great fortune.
