Hi @FredMan95 -- Thank You for the suggestion, we will keep this in mind when we evaluate potential new location expansion's for our KVM VPS product line. In the meantime, we do have shared/reseller hosting services available in Miami.
P.S. Our Atlanta location (which our KVM VPS services are immediately available in) should provide similar latency for now.

They are excellent, we do them once a week.
Any recipes to share?
Not really a recipe, we use pre-made bases and sauce. Just nab a pizza stone (they are cheap), toss it in the oven as hot as it will go. Leave it in the hot oven for 30 minutes or so, make the pizza how you like (base, sauce, cheese, toppings) and toss it in on the stone for ~6 minutes with the oven still on. I will occasionally toss the oven on broil for the last minute or so, just to crisp up the toppings.
We have gone through a few brands of bases until we found one we love, same with the cheese. The one we get is a three blend cheese https://www.countdown.co.nz/shop/productdetails?stockcode=769584&name=perfect-italiano-grated-cheese-pizza-plus
Not sure if that link will work, it's "Perfect Italiano Grated Cheese Pizza Plus". We use Leggo's pizza sauce, and Romanos bases.
