No, we have many customers from Pakistan. Your risk score reported by fraud protection software was extremely high. You can pay using local payment gateways such as JazzCash by opening a support ticket to avoid fraud checks. Also you placed wrong order for IPv6 VPS, there's discount on Shared & Reseller Hosting only.

Seems pretty strange to me. I have active services from RackNerd, Advin, Servarica, HostCram & HostSlim. Never got flagged or had my account closed. Paid via the same card and laptop.
Anyways, I was interested in VPS and didn't read the thread properly as I wanted to be amongst the first 10 to get the 90% discount, and the system did apply the discount on VPS, so I thought I got an awesome deal.
I still haven't received any refund confirmation email from the bank, but if I got refunded, it's all good, and you will never hear from me again. You have other non-high-risk potential customers, and I have providers that don't consider me "high-risk".

If Blesta accepts the coupon code, it's provider's fault for allowing this to happen.
Thus, the provider should not cancel an order just because the coupon is applied on something they didn't anticipate.
As for fraud score, it's usually customer's fault.
It's not necessarily caused by VPN.
Payment card can cause high fraud score too, even for in-person transactions.
Maybe it showed that the coupon was applied, but at checkout, the price was $24 which is normal price for IPv6 VPS. Even if we did not cancel that order, the refund request would have already come for $24 IPv6 VPS.
