is it OpenVZ or KVM?
I didn't pay attention to the blue tile that said "new customers only" and so I get everything configured and checkout. It asks me to sign in to which I do and then I hit submit order and realize the price changed to $50 for a year...
Here's to hoping I can get a refund!

Please provide full-color photos of the following using the OVHcloudShare app (see instructions below):
- A government-issued photo ID
- A picture of the credit card used in the transaction including:
1. The name matching the listed name in the Manager account, AND
2. The last 4 digits of the card number
- A photo of yourself holding the government-issued Photo ID provided above.
Happens if your order is flagged as fraud, they may also have bumped up the likelihood for this deal. If you get flagged there's nothing you can do except give the ID or give up.

Every new customer on OVH US gets fraud checked, after your first order has been validated your account is marked in a "complete" state and they don't ask for it again; had to do it when I ordered mine.

When you make a new order, there's a temporary authorization that occurs. If you don't pass the fraud check, the authorization drops off after a few days iirc

The sale price would be good for the lifetime of the subscription. The only time the price would increase is if the company implemented price increasing across all of our services. Then the price increase would be based on the sale price that you are currently paying.
