We have IPv6 configured in our Kansas City location, and will have it ready in Phoenix within 2 weeks.

    Thanks!

I'm curious in what DC you are located? Just pinged your Looking Glass IP from my customer in KC and the ping time was 40ms:

    Reply from 104.167.220.35: bytes=32 time=40ms TTL=45
    Reply from 104.167.220.35: bytes=32 time=42ms TTL=45

    Reply from 104.167.220.35: bytes=32 time=41ms TTL=45

The ISP peers at 1102 Grand... 40ms is extremely high. Normally see less than 5ms to downtown KC...?? Maybe the wrong IP address is being published for the DC?

EDIT: Looks like you're at 1530 Swift....

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

That is definitely higher than it should be. Could you please send us a trace route so we can determine which upstream it is coming through?

We have 3 connections in our Kansas City location, including KCIX, which means that latency to anywhere in KC should be next to nothing.

And to your question, we are in the 1530 Swift facility.

    Thanks!

    Hi!

You can apply this discount to as many servers as you want while it is active.

    Thanks!

Not according to your support rep Aaron, who just provided us a refund because:

"Unfortunately we may have jumped the gun on advertising our dual-stack capabilities. We have been in the process of making IPv6 available on our network, however I don’t think it is production ready yet."

    Hello,

Thanks for your reply. This is correct, we had just recently deployed IPv6 on our network and had thought it ready for production. However, we have decided to make sure that everything is configured correctly and tested thoroughly before we start providing IPv6 allocations. We expect to be ready in 2 weeks, and deploy officially in both Kansas City and Phoenix at the same time. Once deployed, all customers will be able to request free IPv6 addresses to use on their services.

Apologies regarding the initial miscommunication, we will work to make sure that does not happen again.

    Thank you.
