I hope your provider does allready backup the accounts if not consider switching to a different one.
Yes all providers I use keep their own backups but I never trust provider backups alone. Just looking for something to streamline my own backups.

in directadmin you can do backups using your reseller account to remote ftp.
in cpanel there is also a php script which take all account backups fromm your reseller accounts and move it to remote ftp
