BGP ASN for Beginners

I bought the ASN from Cloudie's Black Friday Deal.

I have no clue how to use it, but that was a reason to buy (learn as I build things) - just like we all learned DNS, Servers, SSH (fail2ban), etc., back in the day.

Do you have a link to any good resources to follow, like a step-by-step guide to practice IPv6, BGP Announcements etc

If you use Route48, you can set up tunneled BGP sessions. It also gives you a basic BIRD config which should get you up and running in minutes (note that you can only announce R48 allocated prefixes there but it's a good start).

If you want to announce your own allocations, BuyVM and Vultr will probably get you up the quickest since they have self-serve BGP.
