  • If I had hosted a porn site, I would not have removed anything. A never take down police. Such a separate country with its own laws would be something fine.

In most cases, such images can be deleted by webmasters at the request of the hosting. So at least you can give it a try. In most cases, such sites show content without any permission and are mainly designed to receive traffic and then monetize it with a referral or advertising franchise. It can also be a simple doorway.

Better needs to rethink before doing any onlyfans (or other websites like Onlyfans and Cams)

I laugh hardly when they open account in onlyfans and they regretful of their photos.

What they don't think is the people who paid for that, have ALL or almost photos saved in their computers, phones and storages.

You can delete and remove from website but you can never delete that from many people who have it stored.

Rethink before doing any onlyfans. That is the way how it works. They pay to you, your images are now of them. Don't say that is not true.

Basically people are selling his body in internet by requesting money. That is the truth that no ones want to recognize and this is the real talk, not BS. I saw everywhere like "Oh, you don't to want to do onlyfans anymore!? Ok. Just stop!"

People thinks the opposite of that like this one: "I want to stop onlyfans and I want ALL my photos (which people paid for see and watch it) to be removed".

Well if there is anything in the TOS who protects identity and DMCA of people that used Onlyfans the obviously opposite exists "people can store and onlyfans can't prevent that and you are exposing yourself! There is no way to go back".

Of course in the form of indirect. The websites still remain online and even if they remove it will reappear again, again and again. The only way to prevent that is get a lawyer but he or she also recognizes that might be impossible to prevent happening again & again and repeating.

In case of Hosting Provider, no they don't need to obey to you. Only if they receive a valid court order from local police of their country or Interpol / Europol. But like I said this is only a temporary. Since new websites will post it again.

Even if you remove from 1-3 websites, still legit people who bought images that they paid. They own the content, no the woman or men. But the content yes. Saying the opposite is just a way to " hide the truth" from the society and criticism.

    Good luck with that.

Well that might work will "fool" support of some hostings, but most of them will send it to /dev/null.

Don't think and don't have it will fix the issues for you. It won't. Might help? Sure in some cases.

Expert legal temas and Hostings will ignore that. no matter if is super A.I bot or not.

    ------ Private ? -----

When you mean private you mean that someone leak that? If yes then you have the right to be removed, but good luck with the laws of others country. The best thing you can do is ask in Google to remove it from search engine results.

Leak is different of Onlyfans (unless you assume that paying is "leak" which is wrong).

I don't think his friend's video was uploaded in OF first.

His name sounds south Indian to me, as far as I know of my country, No one makes these type of content much. I'm assuming it got recorded in a resort/hotel/motel.

But I agree with you, once something is uploaded in the internet, its cached/archived somewhere else too.

Because I saw people who tells that their onlyfans photo are private. Which aren't. Is like a product, you buy you can save it.

That's the way. I told that because Onlyfans the content is "private" but when you bought it won't anymore. That is why I told that.

I'm not against anyone who uses and does onlyfans account. But that is the risk of being famous and get money through Body pictures that never will be erased.

I have sent DMCA requests in the past to multiple NL 'bulletproof' hostings. Most of them don't like the hassle of getting intro trouble for a shared hosting client which does not pay more than 50$ yearly.

    Give it a try

  • any video ?

    at least 1080p .

There are no Bulletproof hosts left in the Netherlands. Bulletproof host is the one that does not take ANYTHING down, even if its something like CP or other disgusting shit.

Also, do you mind telling us a name of hosts you sent your "DMCA" to? I find it pretty hilarious, if they claimed to be "bulletproof" yet folded to foreign laws.

    getting intro trouble

They won't get in to any trouble, DMCA is only a law in America. The Netherlands and every other country that is not USA, can piss on it.

Certainly you sent to any reseller hosting in Netherlands. Because your DMCA probably should be go to /dev/null

Most of Hostings in Netherlands they ignore dmca regarding in web hosting or not. What you will do to then even if you send DMCA to them?

Nothing, unless you will sue them. That is different than sending DMCA.

Their entire NL prefix seems to be used for porn only, by a single entity: https://bgp.he.net/net/185.51.245.0/24#_dns

Those are your generic, run-of-the-mill porn "aggregators". The images have likely been scraped, indexed and archived by tens of thousands of similar sites. They will just keep reappearing in random internet places forever.

Just do a reverse image search once in a while and keep taking them down from major sites. Unless
    a) somebody is out to get your friend specifically, or
    b) the porn is exceptionally interesting,
it's unlikely that it'll ever come back to haunt her. Also teach your friend some OPSEC, delete or lock down social media accounts, don't share too much information online to minimize the potential impact.

You don't have a "right" for data erasure as a cam whore or OnlyFans bitch.
If the Porn was intentionally sold and distributed, there is 0% chance of it being taken down(even via legal means) in countries that don't support DMCA(every country that is not USA, and even some American hosts will fight back).

You sold your rights to filthy porn lords and they own you and your "content", you cannot even file a DMCA legally as you are not a owner of "your" "content".

What don't you tone it down: it's not clear who "you" is, and you don't address the OP's case, which doesn't concern paid-for adult photos/content, as far as we're told

  • Guys, these are my friend's private photos obtained from her phone when it was stolen and uploaded online without her consent. It has nothing to do with only fans or other paid websites.

I managed to remove the video from all the US servers. And I did send a notice to the server in the Netherlands but no reply.

This may be a very far-fetched assumption. But if they were stored on an an external/removeable SD card (in SD card slot), I don't think you need a pin to unlock that one. Just put it into a SD card reader and open (like usb stick). I also have a SD card in one of the three slots for external (sim/sd) cards and I think I could just remove it and open elsewhere.
