netcup payment issues?

Any of you having invoice issues with netcup lately?

I'm using SEPA transfer to pay my invoice but some reason it's not being received/confirmed by netcup. Support is slow as well, I guess it's due to holiday season

Not ranting, just curious.

    I've paid several invoices from them via SEPA like 3 weeks ago and had no issues. Not sure about support, I've only written to them once and that was like 5 or 6 years ago.

    How much time has passed in terms of workdays since you initiated your SEPA transfer?
