Hey everyone
I need to rent a colocation server,
i have a 1u server and it uses about 300w of power .
i need to put it in japan , hongkong , germany , france and canada
and i need to rent more from 128ipv4 to 256 ipv4 .
Is there any datacenter with good price?

The only place that I know would be Equinix. What is your budget?

That makes sense, as VAT is charged for all goods that do not leave the EU. The delivery address is used to calculate, not the billing address - if a foreign company would order and ship locally.
200 for 300W of power and so many IP’s? Forget it. I pay 80 EUR excl. VAT for 125W and 16 IP’s already.
