Better go with Servarica. Hosthatch clearly stated that the support will be suck. Servarica reputation is better. The price is also higher than Hosthatch. But Servarica has monthly subscription as you need
Thanks guys! Actually went with hosthatch 3 yr 1tb plan for 65 dollars. That is cheap. Also got another servarica too. Haha I probably get one more with hosthatch to distribute my porn collection on.
Hosthatch didn't say the support would be suck, but instead set the expectation that since it was a promotional pricing, a different level of support will be provided. MJJs seem to want to spend $1/yr and then complain they don't get a 3rd level support response within 60 seconds.
My experience with Virmach makes me feel so nervous when reading that support situation. No need for 60 seconds but better to be within a few days than weeks or auto closed tickets. Hope Hosthatch is not the same because they also said that last year and this year everyone is still buying

They are not as bad as Virmach, that's for sure. But don't expect quick responses or solutions.
Last year, I had a problem with private network and MTU that was ticketed the same day as the server provisioned. There was a couple of, "try now" in the first few days and then nothing for two months. I think the ticket was around 61 days to resolution. I wonder if 60 days is what got it another look.
The major draw to Host Hatch was the private networking. After three weeks, I gave up and repurposed it for another use that didn't need private networking.
Last year, HH mostly met the ETA's provided with some late days for things that were expected to take a long time. I got mine within the ETA and hoped it would be similar this year, but wasn't.
In case it doesn't work out with HH, we have a 4TB Cloud MKVM for $64/mo, and with the BF2022 coupon you get a 50% credit match. Probably not the cheapest offer here though
