Does Configserver offer a web application firewall?

I have noticed that https://configserver.com/ is quite popular with the LET users.

Does it offer a good web application firewall?

My server got hacked sometime ago and I need something that can check the requests and warn if they are suspicious, whether in real time or by scanning the logs afterwards.

Does Configserver play that role?

Are there some free opensource WAF beloved of Lowendtalkers? I know I can use something like Cloudflare but I think the hack penetrated Cloudflare or bypassed Cloudflare, so I need something I can monitor myself in addition to Cloudflare.
