Yes! Really impressive.
Their support is better than some 'enterprise' providers I've used that are literally 10x the cost.
I am using GreenCloud's service for one year and the service uptime and support are great.
wait my Bigger server . 8C32G Japan.
How do I know when my services will be migrated to VF? I have 14 active services but got no email about the migration.
you will receive email notice for the vps that has an upcoming migration and options to choose on how its done.
Another VF migration success story in SJC - support created a replacement machine 4 minutes after I submitted the ticket and I moved data over.
VF panel is pretty sweet, new machine came with a /64 IPv6 which is nice (original machine had 5 /128 iirc), and I was very happy to see newer OS options like Fedora 41.
Now to prep to migrate other greencloud services...
Yup VF setup is awesome. Another rare provider who went XFS (last i recalled was anynode)
they just keep outdoing themselves.
Any offers or any idea when is the next offer? Looking forward to move 3-5 VPS HA set to Singapore location at DC1 and DC2 for High Availability purposes
You can grab our Budget or Premium KVM VPS in SG here for one year:

At the end of this year (October/November) we will likely have Double promotions for active services that you can renew your VPS to take that advantage or purchase a Birthday/Black Friday at that time.
Some news and updates:
1. All customers on EPYC nodes in SG DC2 should have already received the notification email from us regarding the migration to Virtfusion. We are currently upgrading several dozen customers from Rome to Milan CPUs, prioritizing those who opened tickets first, so hurry up, guys! SG DC1 will follow suit shortly.
2. Toronto, ON will undergo a network upgrade to 10Gbps at the end of this month. A new rack is already set up, and we're just waiting for the 10G switch to arrive. We will soon offer EPYC deals on Virtfusion (Rome/Milan) in this location.
3. The Tokyo, JP migration to Virtfusion will begin at the end of this month. We are adding more storage nodes with NVMe boot drives and SATA RAID-10 to this location, with plans to implement this feature at other locations soon.
A lot of hard work and investment have gone into these improvements over the past few months, and we hope you’ll enjoy the enhanced services!
Let's goo
@NDTN Just to clarify, when you do the migration are you migration the customers data as well or are you just setting up an empty VPS for them?
i really wanna say
MOARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
A new VM on Virtfusion will be created and customers can request to have both VPS online at the same time to migrate the data.
I am still on ROME after migration seems everyone is so fastttt
You need to migrate it yourself.
@NDTN Any migration plan to Virtfusion for 7950X SG DC2?
could someone tell me if the bybit api is accessible from a vm?
curl api.bybit.com
if 403 error, then amazon cloudfront is blocking it.
if 301, its working.
if its working i will be ordering some.
They have like 10 locations, this is not a good question
You could have at least mentioned which location you tested that from... Maybe they would be fine with any location.
FWIW, it seems to be fine from their UK location.
No
If you looked carefully...
I'm not sure if that is what I think it is or if it is a red herring.
hahaha. tnx all for testing.
based on the same question on other vps hosts, it seems when one location works all work. I think it has something to do with the host network setup and some sort of tag that its a datacenter.
and yes, some hosts dont work.
Does greencloud only do deals during their birthday and back friday times or are there other sales?
They have deals on some important days (like I got their deals at 4/7 (US independent day) or BF, Birthday, VN Inde day
They’ve also run a few flash sales in the current provider of the year poll thread.
Looking forward to this year's activities
Our Tokyo server was migrated deleted in SolusVM and re-created in VirtFusion.
We had two LXC containers running on the Tokyo server: one serves our primary website, the other serves the push-up delivery network.
Prior to the migration deletion, we re-deployed our website to our Houston server (Data Ideas).
We have a stateless website, so it's easier to re-deploy than to "migrate".
The downtime was less than one minute, when we adjusted the Zero Trust tunnels.
We then opened the ticket asking for the deletion + re-creation.
The ticket specifically stated that the existing server is ready for immediate deletion.
We opted to keep the same IP addresses, to eliminate the possibility of obtaining a dirty/blocked IP abandoned by MJJs.
Within 9 minutes, we were informed that the server was not planned for VirtFusion, and we shall wait for email notification.
2 minutes later, another reply indicated that the server was eligible for migration and it has been executed.
VirtFusion does not automatically boot a new machine.
We need to go there, insert our SSH public key, and initiate the initial installation.
This eliminates the possibility of machine hacked between delivery and manual installation.
IPv4 was same as before, but IPv6 subnet changed.
YABS on SolusVM: EPYC 7642, GB6 score 1352, 64K IOPS 127501.
YABS on VirtFusion: EPYC 7B12, GB6 score 1296, 64K IOPS 93355.
Any idea where they post those sales mainly?
