Providers with residential IP and monthly billing

Hey pals,
I'm looking for a cheap VPS (preferably below $2 monthly) to use as a VPN. My minimum requirements are for it to have a residential IP, and for it to have a monthly billing cycle.
Also, any idea how much storage I should look for in a VPS if I only plan on getting docker+wireguard?

Man, i wish i could remember.
You don't remember where you spent money? And you're trying to nickel and dime the providers? These two things do not add together into a sensible result.
That said, I'd love to find a good price on a UK VPS with residential IP (way less illegitimate uses than most people, promise!) for myself. :P
