Hello,
Is there any BF/CM deal for cheap VPS that allows torrenting? Obviously I am not looking for super high specs but decent storage and speed.

Yes, It's called a seedbox. Look at @PulsedMedia, perhaps not 'cheap' but they are made specifically for what you are asking for.

Cheap and seedbox doesn't really go well hand in hand these days, ... well never did actually but a few here and there on lowend VPS might work out decent enough if you are willing to configure and monitor everything yourself.
Any VPS is fine as long as you seed private trackers. I have tried hertzner, OVH, Oracle and never faced issue.

I never knew this. I though torrents had to be explicitly allowed.
Don't listen him and stick with your intitial plan to ask host if it's allowed otherwise you may find yourself suspended rather quickly with many hosting companies.

It works but I wouldn't recommend it, torrenting is very disk intensive and you will consume a lot of disk IO, its unfair to others on the node. Just go with any of the dedicated seedbox providers in EU, you wouldn't have to worry about any abuse of resources or DMCA.
When ordering from Servarica specifically, they ask if the VPS will be used for torrenting so that they can place it on a torrenting node. But I am not sure if they actively monitor I/O usage or if it only works based on the honor system.
Doesn't nearly any VPS work with a port forwarding VPN? Just get a long term cheap VPN.

Only few providers allow torrenting. This is why @PulsedMedia has specialised precisely on targeting this market, so you don't have to endanger yourself or other providers by breaking their terms.
