@Dvo What's going on? My servers have been up and down all day. I've counted three outages today alone. Admittedly it's not down for that long (4 to 8 minutes).
I am copy pasting answer as is from support i got few days back. I hope so the issue is/was solved.

Unfortunately the configuration that was pushed didn't work and the node needed to be put into emergency maintenance and will remain in until this issue is resolved.
We're seeing some very poor data rates which have been traced to failing optics. Waiting for the DC to run additional CAT5 cables to temporarily resolve the poor rates.
There will be another outage later today (5~ min - network only) when I re-route traffic off the primary (failing) network card.
There will be another outage next week (5~ min - network only) when the traffic is routed back to the primary network card. I will be making a trip down to the DC to ensure the issue is resolved.
I apologize for the lack of notification, however the priority is resolving the issue not scheduling reboots.
