[WTB] US West dedicated server

I'm looking for a dedicated server in US West (prefer LA) to run Proxmox and ipv6-only Linux desktop VMs

Budget: $100/month

Requirements:
CPU: at least 8 cores 16 threads (Ryzen 3700x or better)
RAM: 64 GB DDR4 ECC
Storage: 2x500 NVME (RAID 1)
Bandwidth: 20TB 1Gbps port

IP address: 1 IPv4 and /64 IPv6 so I can assign the IPv6 to the VMs

I didn't manage to get any dedi during black Friday and cyber Monday...
Only a sale from reliablesite looks promising, but they don't provide /64 IPv6

Thank you for the mention. We are currently out of stock of Ryzens. I do have E3-1270v6 available though.
