VM Provisioning system that allocates IP addresses and sets up DNS?

Do any of the LET grade VM provisioning software have the ability to allocate IP ranges to the VMs and create DNS names for them?

The idea is that I have a /64 range allocated to the host server and the VM provisioner allocates a range within that /64 to the VM, gives it a subdomain name from a set of domain names and updates my DNS servers with the new domain names.

Does software like Proxmox offer this capability?
