    I just purchased one, it says SGP NAT VPS, but my VPS has been deployed in Poland. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

    I'm not sure which channel I should take to report this as the contact form is kind of scary since it's not exactly "PAID Technical Support", nor is it "Pre-sales Questions"...

    Must be a bug, I've been deployed on node PLVZ2v2 (Poland).

    Hopefully @Cam can fix this soon -- I've raised support ticket, but there's a lot of notices that say that tickets only get actioned on Sundays...

    Couldn't get one. Could not register company, it said, VAT is invalid. But in VIES search it is found. Tried with and without country code. You are losing customers.

    I'm reading LET for several years. I registered long ago, but forgot the login.

    It doesn't count if they are losing me or not. Other company customers are lost if they can't register. I know, I experienced that. They don't complain, they just silently leave, and you never know.
