Any credit for not going down?

Our website did become slow during Cyber Monday spikes but we didn't go down this year. Only 2.5 Core was used during the biggest traffic spike on Black Friday (didn't slow/go down) and I did turn up the CF security later on Cyber Monday which made our website slow (didn't go down). I feel like it was more of a cloudflare issue than our i9 VPS.

Any inside on this?

Anyone use this vendor? I signed up for LAX server using Ubuntu 20.04 and it is extremely slow. Just doing a simple apt upgrade took 3hrs to complete, even establishing the ssh connection took 5-7 seconds.
